Located in Decatur, this outpatient center provides flexible, evidence-based care close to home for adults seeking recovery support.

This location offers outpatient services only—including assessments and individualized treatment plans, intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient therapy, group and family counseling, recovery coaching, and alumni support.

If a higher level of care is needed, our team will coordinate a seamless referral to Cenikor’s Dallas (Irving) facility for inpatient/detox.

Many of our team members are in recovery themselves. Every day, they uphold the principles of recovery and show that long-term sobriety is possible.

We serve clients across Decatur, Wise County, and surrounding communities, and will continue to expand services as we grow.

I have the opportunity to intern here as a student and I have to say I absolutely love the staff here! Grace was extremely helpful and she made sure to do what she could to help me graduate. The counselors were amazing each in their own way I learned so much from them. All the staff made me feel supported. I believe I've learned the necessary tools and skills that I will be using continuously in my daily recovery. My time here at Cenikor has been valued as a new start in life and a place to reflect on past addictive behaviors. It has led me to realize new ways of looking at emotional turmoil and stressful situations as stepping stones, not obstacles. I have gained confidence in myself as a leader, problem solver and a trusted supportive peer in the program.
